Open to any individual who is an active chapter 7, chapter 11, subchapter V or liquidating trustee. Only chapter 7 trustees are classified as Regular members per the current NABT bylaws.
Trustee Assistant Membership
Open to any individual who works as an Assistant or Paralegal to a private panel Trustee. Join the Trustee Assistant community and stay informed and involved in the day-to-day issues trustee assistants face. Open to any attorney or CPA who provide services to Trustees. As an Associate Member you can stay current on issues Trustees regularly face, share your expertise with other members and promote your services in the member directory.
Open to any individual who works in the Bankruptcy Court System; offices of the United States Trustees; law or law-related institutions of higher learning; bar associations; or other individuals who do not otherwise qualify for another membership category or type.
Business Partner Membership
Open to any individual who provides services or products to Trustees. NABT supports the unique partnership service providers and Trustees rely upon. Market Assets for Sale Subscription
Annual subscription to the one central place to find or list assets being marketed by bankruptcy trustees, receivers, liquidators and assignees for the benefits of creditors, banks, and others. Annual or monthly installments available. Subscription included with certain memberships.
