Leadership
The organization is governed by a Trustee member elected Board of Directors in accordance with its bylaws and the day-to-day administration is managed by NABT’s Executive Director, Jennifer Brinkley and her staff at Inspire AMC. Meet the Board and NABT Staff >
Committees
The advancement of NABT is accomplished through the support and dedication of its committee volunteers. Volunteering on a committee is a rewarding way to contribute to the success of NABT, engage with other members and determine future leadership opportunities. Learn More >
Bylaws
The NABT Bylaws serve as the operating manual of the organization. The bylaws establish membership rules, the appointment and election of leadership and other various policies. The bylaws were last amended in December 2018. Read the Bylaws >
Strategic Plan
In late 2016, the Board of Directors enacted a five-part Strategic Plan aimed at the reorganization of NABT’s governance and administration. To date, NABT has analyzed its financial status and developed financial policies directed at expense reduction and reallocation of revenue. Communications have improved through the development of a new website, the addition of an online communication platform for all members and enhanced electronic communications. The Board of Directors has developed financial and membership related policies and is continuing to review and enact other policies as needed. In late 2017, NABT changed management companies in an effort to improve all areas of administration. Improvement towards efficient and effective communication between board members and enhanced engagement with business partners has opened opportunities for fresh ideas from new leadership.
