Before You Sign Up
It is understood that purchasing a sponsorship will become a binding contract upon acceptance by NABT, and incorporated into this contract are the following terms, conditions and rules and regulations. The individual purchasing sponsorship represents and warrants that he/she is authorized to execute a binding agreement on behalf of the company, and should they be removed from his or her position, the contracting organization is required to fulfill the obligations under this agreement.
Business Partner/Sponsor Terms & Conditions
Payments for Annual Business Partnerships can be made in three equal installments paid in full by November 30, 2019. Payment for all Conference Sponsorships can be made in three equal installments paid in full by August 15, 2019.
Payments can be made by check or credit card. Failure to pay invoice within these terms term may result in loss of partnership, sponsorship or booth assignment. Shared partnerships, sponsorships or booths are prohibited.
The NABT reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of sponsorship purchases. If a sponsorship is not accepted by NABT, all money paid will be returned to the applicant.
Agreement must be received and confirmed by NABT before space is reserved. Priority for space assignments is based on sponsorship/partnership level and on a first-come/first-serve basis. Special consideration to booth placement of competing companies will be made but cannot be guaranteed.
Must be made in writing and receive approval from NABT through a mutually signed change order.
Annual Business Partnership cancellations will be prorated through the date of cancellation. No cancellations related to conference sponsorships can be made after June 30, 2019 without penalty (see conference cancellations below).
Full cancellation of conference sponsorships, without penalty is available until 6/30/2019. If sponsorship is canceled between 7/1/2019 and 7/15/2019, 50 percent of the total agreement is due to NABT. If sponsorship anytime after 7/15/2019, full payment of the total agreement is due to NABT and not prior payments will be refunded.
Should the account be referred to a collection attorney for any reason, Client (partnering or sponsoring company) agree to pay agreement total, attorney fees, and all costs associated with collected the fees. Any account referred to a collection attorney may be restricted from future NABT sponsorship as determined by NABT.
Certain items are required to be submitted to NABT in order to fulfill our obligations under this contract. Should items not be submitted by the deadline, in the manner in which they are requested, NABT will not be responsible for its inability to fulfill the obligations related to said deadline.
