United States Trustees and local United States Trustee offices will coordinate with the trustees on issues affecting section 341 meetings. Generally, these meetings will go forward as scheduled. Processing TFRs and TDRs is not considered an excepted activity and therefore regretfully they cannot be processed during a shutdown. It would be better if they were not submitted for now. With regard to the payment of trustee no asset fees, that is a court activity which follow up will be made.
