Trustee Members

Open to any individual who is an active member of the panel of private Trustees established under 28 U.S.C. § 586(a)(1) or is appointed through the U.S. Bankruptcy Administrator Program to serve as a private panel trustee in chapter 7 cases. Also open to individuals serving as chapter 11, subchapter V or liquidating trustees. At this time, only panel 7 trustees are considered full members, able to vote on NABT matters.




Associate Members

Open to any attorney or CPA who provide services to Trustees. As an Associate Member you can stay current on issues Trustees regularly face, share your expertise with other members and promote your services in the member directory.




Trustee Assistant Members

Open to any individual who works as an Assistant or Paralegal to a private panel Trustee. Join the Trustee Assistant community and stay informed and involved in the day-to-day issues trustee assistants face. Discounts are available for Trustee Assistants whose Trustee is also an active member.




Business/Industry Partners

Open to any individual who provides services or products to Trustees. NABT supports the unique partnership service providers and Trustees rely upon. As a Business Partner member, you can create meaningful connections with Trustees, share your expertise with the community and promote your company’s services in the member directory.




Affiliate

Open to any individual who works in the Bankruptcy Court System; offices of the United States Trustees; law or law-related institutions of higher learning; bar associations; or other individuals who do not otherwise qualify for another membership category or type.
