Exhibit Hall and Session Location


The NABT Conference will be held in the North Convention Center at the Mandalay Bay, which is connected to the Delano. All activities will be in the Conference Promenade area.


The Exhibit Hall will be in the Tradewinds Ballroom using the entrances in C & D. Premium placement of exhibits will be near the entrances. All meals and breaks will be in the Exhibit Hall.


General Sessions will be in the Mariners Ballroom. Other sessions will be in the Tropics, Coral and Shell Seekers rooms. Registration will be directly outside of these rooms.

To guarantee full receipt of benefits for sponsorship please return the Exhibit & Sponsorship Agreement to Jennifer Brinkley by February 2, 2018.


Program Ads


Advertisements for programs must be received by February 2, 2018.

Logos for website and other conference materials must be emailed to Jennifer Brinkley by February 2, 2018. Logos will be displayed on conference website. Please provide a company URL to which you would like your logo to link.


High resolution logos in EPS format is preferred; JPG or PNG files will be accepted, but may not display as clearly.




Company inserts for attendee packets must shipped for receipt by February 15, 2018 to NABT, 7433 Spout Springs Road, Suite 101 #67, Flowery Branch, GA 30542.


Inserts shipped for receipt after February 15th, must be mailed directly to Mandalay Bay for receipt by February 21, 2018. See shipping instructions below.

Shipping Form


Mandalay Bay features a full service FedEx Office Business Center located on Level 1 of the South Convention Center, as well as at Mandalay Bay front desk. All locations are open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm daily. All packages/boxes shipped to the hotel will be received at the FedEx Office Business Center.

Shipments to and from a trade show floor:


Shipments 150lbs or less: All shipments from the trade show floor that are 150lbs or less must be shipped and received via the FedEx Office Business Center.


Shipments over 150lbs: Shipments that are over 150lbs must be shipped to the General Service Contractor handling freight for the show. If trade show shipments over 150lbs are shipped to the hotel, FedEx cannot deliver them to the show floor. Therefore, the exhibitor will be charged handling fees from FedEx and delivery fees from the General Service Contractor. Mandalay Bay reserves the right to refuse to accept any package in its commercially reasonable discretion.




  • The use of helium balloons smaller than 36 inches in diameter is not allowed.
  • Smaller air-filled balloons may be used for decoration and/or handouts.
  • Large helium-filled balloons, such as advertising balloons, may be used only if they are securely anchored to the exhibit. No helium balloons or blimps may be flown inside the building.
  • Mylar balloons are not allowed anywhere on property.
  • Helium gas cylinders for refilling must be secured in an upright position on safety stands with the regulators and gauges protected from damage. No overnight storage of helium or compressed air cylinders in the building is allowed.
  • Balloons cannot be released out of doors due to airport flight patterns in the area. A cleaning fee will apply should the balloons be left on property after the event.
