The Board

The business of the Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.The Board may designate up to eight additional members as “Associate Directors.” Associate Directors do not have the power to vote on any matter brought before the Board and have no role in the management of the Association, but are encouraged to attend meetings and to offer suggestions and proposals to the Board. Other board participants include the Trustee Assistant Liaison and the members of the New Trustee Advisory Committee. The Executive Director and Executive Liaison are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Association.
